In 2020, the annual event of the EUROPT continuous optimization working group of EURO (The Association of European Operational Research Societies) will take place  in Toulouse, France.

It will be hosted at ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile), the french National School of Civil Aviation.

Coronavirus Outbreak
We are closely monitoring the situation around the COVID-19 pandemic and evaluating its inevitable impact on EUROPT 2020 as well. Our main concerns are clearly the safety of attendees and the actual viability of the conference.
For the time being, we decided to keep the conference scheduled in the original dates as a sign of hope for the near future. Under the current situation, it is extremely difficult for anyone to commit now to any conference or other activity that involves plans for travelling in the next months. Therefore, all the deadlines for EUROPT 2020 are extended as follows:

-Abstract Submission: May 10, 2020
-Abstract Acceptance: May 15, 2020
-Registration deadline: May 31, 2020

We will continue monitoring the situation constantly to evaluate the safety and viability of the conference for the scheduled July dates.
